It tops the moment where Ianto was just holding and smelling Jack's coat. It tops the end of the Peacekeeper Wars. It tops Armagedon. It just...

Not to mention the fact that it's probably one of the best TV show episodes I've ever seen in my life (I'm a stickler for angst, what can I say, but besides that, it was just fucking GOOD).
And dude, Tosh was covering for Owen in that DW episode! And, and, and... And the fact that Owen RAGED before Tosh made him stop, and the "You're breaking my heart" line which only through that amazing delivery and the circumstances could have worked, and then her goodbye tape, and dear God that was brilliant... And James Marsters delivered his lines SOOOOO well. You could tell he was hinting that he was being controlled, but did Jack get it? No.
And I knew Tosh and Owen were gonna die, I knew, and that still broke me!
So good.
Though I do wonder how being buried alive for 1943 years has absolutely no effect on a person. And Jack is now older than the Doctor (apparently; I just think the Doctor lies/forgot). And doesn't Jack AGE? Or has that stopped?
But except for that fairly ridiculous plot point: So. Fucking. Good.
...I'm gonna go be shell-shocked for a while longer now. And think about how DW is starting back up. And I might just need to be seasons 1 and 2 of Torchwood now.
