*thinks* Well, you really can only do so much. I mean, that day before Nicole's party I went from like 11-3 hysterical sobbing, then I just started shaking a lot and whimpering cause I couldn't cry any more. Bitch of a headache, too.
I could not find any hard and fast numbers anywhere that would help me to calculate this.
If it helps, I found out that tears come from your Lacrimal Glands, and that there is something called a Schirmer Test that allows doctors to make sure your tear glands and ducts are keeping your eyes moist enough.
Meh ... if Medical Doctors were good with numbers ... they'd be Engineers.
