You just have to click and sponsors will donate money corresponding to every click. You can click twenty times for each cause at the first site, and just once a day for each cause at the second. But it takes barely any time at all and it really does help people/aimals/the environment/etc. Besides, it's an amazing procrastination tool. ;)

I guess you can only do twenty donations a day for each cause on that first one. :P
