Finally saw "Sleeper"

salienneYou know, I really like Gwen now. She's finally that compassionate center they were always talking about in S1. Yay!
And they had a Gwen/Jack scene that worked, because it was friends and respect and fun with a bit of subtext.
Ianto: Getting a bit over-the-top with his snarkiness, I feel. Probably because he's actually happy now, with Jack back and all, so I can excuse that. Because he's still wonderful, though really, he's going to need to tone it down...
And when he sees Jack with a bloody shirt and goes over because he's all concerned? Squee!
And Jack is apprently now immortal immortal. As in, he'll get stabbed and be able to run perfectly. He doesn't collapse after, oh no. He doesn't even die and come back to life anymore. He's the Terminator.
*Grumbles, because this makes So. Little. Sense.*
That's it, in my world, the moment the camera zooms away, Jack collapses. Adrenaline can do wonders, and he's just... really good with running with wounds. Yeah. Really really skilled by now. -_-;;;
Still, good episode. And I adored Beth and what they did with her.
'Cos this episode? Actually good. Like, a legitimately good episode of a legitimately good show. So nice after S1...
