^Not actually an analogy I used, but I could see myself using it, and dear God I mix metaphors too much. And it's a bad habit. And I should stop. But it's fun, even though it's all wrong and confusing and wrong and whirling and a bit crinkled in an off-putting, smelly sardine (unless you like sardines, I suppose; in that case, think of something sort of stinky but not too bad) way, and it's confusing, but it's fun. It's fun, damn it!
