How are you fixed for bike paths around there?

Anything scenic and safe enough to ride on alone?

It doesn't matter what shape you are in ... a lap or two every day around whatever that body of water is on the other side of the Interstate couldn't hurt.

I've been trying to get back into weight lifting, but I just can't find the energy when I get home from work at night. I think I'm going to have to work my way up to it with some cycling. I'm thinking of getting a bicycle and then putting one of those baby trailers on the back of it, to haul my mutt around in.
