Anyone know how to do screenshots on WMP?

HELP! Gah, I can't figure out how to do screenshots of a movie I'm watching on Windows media Player? Is it possible? If so, can anyone tell me how? I can't figure it out.

Do you have photoshop? Because it doesn't work if you're just saving it in paint.

Do you have the Windows Movie Maker (or whatever it's called)? I play videos in that and use it to take screen caps.

I looked it up. http://www.mvps.org/marksxp/WindowsXP/wmp.php Apparently, all you have to do is just press "ctrl i" but the screenshots come out really small. O.o
