"Three years later, Lestat finally has gained the strength to return to Europe. He goes to Armand full of remorse for the mistakes he’s made. Armand does not let on that both Louis and Claudia have joined the vampire coven at the theatre. Armand lays a trap and takes the unsuspecting Lestat to a performance where he sees Claudia and Louis performing in a “vampire” play."
Louis would not be caught DEAD in one of those plays. Ever. He'd rather shoot himself.
The coven was together for 65 years, NOT 30.
Lestat does not say SHIT to Armand about Marius not wanting him, although this one I can understand. This change is fine, a mon avis.
Marius saves Lestat a 2nd time and, now that he's all miserable and "knows the ways" of a vampire, he shows him Akasha and Enkil. Grrr, this one annoys me. Although I can see why they put it there, to make the plot flow more smoothly. But it's just... it doesn't FIT right. T-T
Grrrr.... Call me a purist but these changes irk the hell out of me. ESPECIALLY that first one. LOUIS WOULD NEVER DO THAT!
