The Annals of Cookie
Mar. 17th, 2006 10:15 pmWe have a doggie door at the top of our stairs, and both the stairs and top floor are carpeted. Because of the way the molding on the wall is set up, the door leaves a little bit of room at the bottom, but not enough that the dog could get through, right? That's what you'd think. Because my parents were coming home and finding traces of Cookie upstairs, my dad set the camcorder up, and I just watched the recording. Funniest. Damn. Thing. Ever.
It shows my dog, the little brat, sticking his head under the doggie door, barking, biting the doggie door, and pushing up on the door for 10-15 minutes until he unlatches the bottom. The entire time, his tail is wagging. A lot. He's having the time of his life sneaking up where he's not supposed to go; I could picture him jumping for joy and whooping if he were human. And when he goes back downstairs, he does it easy-as-you-please cuz the gate is still ajar. It was amazing.
I love my dog. XD It was hysterical. He's such a little brat. *Glomps him*
