So, just finished Life on Mars (in 3 days--no, I haven't done much besides watch tv on my computer, come to think of it).

And ya know, I am really rather fond of this show. Have a few issues with the ending because, depending on how you look at it, it's a bit squicky, but it's quite nice in some ways too. So... yay mixed feelings!

Just one question, though:

What the hell is it with the creepy little girl?

Two seasons and I still don't get it.

Oh, and I really need a John Simm icon.

I think the moral of the story is "Sam Tyler was a nutter in a coma."

In my own special universe, the moral of the story is "Sam Tyler travels through time via violent accidents and bends reality in weird ways, and the writers forgot about that halfway through, which saddens me."

I am a member of your universe! In my world, he is like Sam Becket. He does go into a coma but is, at the same time, is actually transported back in time (to be a good influence and help and have amazing banter and all that). But he only gets sent back to one time and then, in the end, gets a choice of where he'd rather be. None of this "I choose my dream world over life!" stuff.

...Why am I getting fanfic ideas where evil little girl is actually someone sent to stop him and this is somehow tied into his later "death" in 1980?
