Ok, so y'all know how I took Creative Writing this past year? Well our teacher had us submit stuff to every contest ever, and apparently, one of my stories was accepted to Susquehanna University's publication of writing by high school kids, "The Apprentice Writer" (o'course, most of my class and loads of other prep school kids got accepted too, but still...). It was odd, since I'd heard nothing about it till I got the actual issue in the mail today. O.o

So, um, yeah, cool.

Now to get my dream story looked over by someone and to try sending it in to someplace slightly more legit... :P

And on a side note, my knitting is progressing well. I can do purl and knit stitches. Now all I need to do is figure out how to knit in the round. @_@

If any of you happen to be experienced knitters, any tips would be appreciated!
